Mains (served with seasonal vegetables and salad):
Braised boneless beef short rib au jus
Grilled filet of deboned Orata (European sea bream) with a lemon caper sauce
Vegetarian: roasted acorn squash filled with quinoa
Dessert: Lemon olive oil cake with fresh berries
Soft drinks, coffee and espresso included.
Dress code: Cocktail.
Price: $160.00 FCA member, $190.00 non-member, per person.
Please register all guests together. For each guest, enter the name and choose an entrée, list any dietary needs with the guest's name, and tell us who you would like to sit with (up to 3 members). Seating requests only need to be entered once, under the first attendee. The person who registers pays for the whole group.
